yesterday is first day of the plan, I think it must be a very easy thing... I have to drink a Basic Fat Burning Soup everyday, Basic Fat Burning Soup includes: 6 Onions, 6-12 tomatos, 1 big chou, 2 green sweet peppers, 1 celery.
Day 1, I have to drink this soup and eat water mellon. Day 2, I also have to drink this soup and eat vegetables only, but dinner can have a bigbaked potato with butter. Day 3, I also have to drink this soup and eat fruits and vegetables. Day 4, I also have to drink this soup and slim milk and eat fruits. Day 5, I also have to drink this soup and I can eat Beef this day. Day 6, I also have to drink this soup, beef and vegetbles. Day 7, I also have to drink this soup, rice brown and vegetable. It says that if I have not cheating in this treament, then I should have lost 10 - 17 lbs. Believe it or not?! Now, I am "enjoying" the second day.... |
